HR Admin Assistant

Job scope:

  • To handle on-boarding processes and procedures.

  • Support in recruitment and selection activities.

  • Contribute in the company’s Learning and Development plans, programs, and initiatives.

  • To issue official documents/letters and follow up on approval and acknowledgement.

  • Work closely on Payroll to ensure any movement in employee’s salary and package are being captured and documented accordingly.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
